AEROBATICS CAN BE DANGEROUS! 

1.        I agree that I shall at all times be bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Australian Aerobatic Club and any Rules and By-Laws of the Club which may be in effect from time to time.

2.         By joining the Australian Aerobatic Club I acknowledge and represent that I have considered the risks involved in the sport of aerobatics.  Having considered those risks, I freely undertake them.  I understand that my membership will be granted upon the condition that I undertake the promises set out in this document and not otherwise. 

3.         I hereby release and discharge the Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising  out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club or my participation in aerobatics, learning  aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents. 

4.         Upon the occurrence of an event that might give rise to liability of the kind referred to in clause 2 above, I will, if so required by the Australian Aerobatic Club, sign a release and discharge in a form prepared by the solicitors for the Australian Aerobatic Club in order to effect a release and discharge of the Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising  out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club or my participation in aerobatics, learning  aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents. 

5.         I indemnify and will keep indemnified Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising  out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club or my participation in aerobatics, learning  aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents.

In the event of my admission as a member, I agree to be bound by the rules of the Australian Aerobatic Club Victorian Chapter for the time being in force.
