ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE AUSTRALIAN AEROBATIC CLUB
TIME: Thursday 23nd February 2012, 6:30 PM.PLACE: Border River Flying Club, Tocumwal.
Notice is hereby given of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the AAC at which the following business will be conducted:
- 1. Apologies
- 2. Minutes of previous meeting.
- 3. Matters Arising from previous Minutes.
- 4. President's Report
- 5. Club Captain's Report
- 6. Treasurer's report / Presentation of Accounts.
- 7. Confirmation of Auditor and remuneration.
- 8. Election of office-bearers and ordinary members of committee:
- President
- Treasurer
- Club Captain
- Six Ordinary Members
Committee nomination forms can be downloaded using the links below.
Nominations must be in writing, signed by the member and his/her proposer and seconder and shall be lodged with the Secretary no later than Friday 27th January 2012.
Additional motions to be considered at the AGM must be lodged with the Secretary no later than Friday 27th January 2012.
Members not attending the AGM may nominate a proxy in writing which must be lodged with the Secretary at least 48hrs prior to the meeting.
